Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed when an event is canceled, postponed and attendance is no longer possible, or when approved by the Event Organizer under specific conditions.

We accept major payment methods including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard, along with other qualifying payment options supported on the platform.

Ticket pricing and seat allocation are determined by Event Organizers. Inventory may change without notice and popular events may sell out quickly.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an Order Confirmation page or email. If confirmation is delayed, verify your account order status before assuming an order failed.

Orders may include service fees, processing fees, applicable taxes, and delivery charges based on location and selected method.

Ticket limits apply per event. Eligible tickets may be digitally transferred, and only the latest transferred barcode remains valid for entry.

Canceled events are generally refunded automatically when funds are received from the organizer. Postponed or moved events remain valid unless refunds are specifically approved.

All sales are final except in limited eligible circumstances. Lost, stolen, damaged, or discounted tickets are generally not refundable or exchangeable.

Account and billing details must be accurate and verifiable. Orders with false or unverifiable information may be canceled without notice.

Attendance at events carries inherent risk, including weather, crowd activity, and health-related exposure. By attending, ticket holders assume those risks as outlined in policy terms.

Guests may be searched upon entry and prohibited items may be restricted by venue rules. Admission may be denied for non-compliance without refund.
