Terms of Service

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between SeatsFrenzy and users accessing the platform and related services.

SeatsFrenzy helps users search for event tickets offered by third-party resellers, but does not own, sell, or control tickets, events, or providers.

Certain features require account registration. Users are responsible for account security and all activity occurring under their account.

Reverse engineering, scraping, unauthorized automation, misuse of accounts, and unlawful use of the platform are prohibited.

Users confirm they are legally able to enter into binding agreements and that submitted information is accurate and lawful.

Any personal data provided is handled according to SeatsFrenzy's Privacy Notice and applicable data protection requirements.

SeatsFrenzy retains ownership of its platform, branding, interfaces, content, and proprietary technology.

Users remain owners of submitted content but grant SeatsFrenzy rights necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the service.

Users agree to defend and hold SeatsFrenzy harmless against claims arising from misuse, violations, or infringement caused by their actions.

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without guarantees regarding performance, availability, or third-party conduct.

SeatsFrenzy excludes indirect damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, with aggregate liability capped as described in the Terms.

Users may terminate accounts at any time, and SeatsFrenzy may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misuse.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including disasters, war, strikes, or pandemics.

These Terms constitute the full agreement, include assignment rules, and are governed by the laws and courts specified in the Terms.
